WINE GROWER NOTES
The 2018 Rapport Cabernet Sauvignon blends fruit from two unique family grower sites in Western Yountville and Coombsville AVA. Within each site we conduct meticulous blending trials to understand the vineyard’s contributions to the overall flavor and texture of the finished wine. By carefully integrating these individual lots, we create a rich spectrum on the palate and cohesive expression of Napa Valley.
Tasting Notes
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon begins with rich color and unrestrained aromas of black cherry, raspberry and currant. On the palate, the wine delivers a richly layered texture of medium tannins and flavors of black fruits, raspberry preserves, and cocoa with a spice-driven finish.
